CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 21, 2014 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />County Manager - Balance of RCCC Capital Reserve Funds - Budget <br />Transfer $45,217.86 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />On November 19, 2012, the County approved the transfer of $234,825 of <br />Rowan - Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) Capital Reserve Funds for <br />the South Campus Renovation for one stop, student services and the <br />academic advisory center in building 1000. RCCC thought they had <br />requested the entire balance of their capital funds; however, upon <br />reconciling the funds for the total project cost, $45,217.86 was remaining. <br />Before you is a request to transfer that amount to fund the completion of <br />their project.
