CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />�rRCA'ia1 JANUA <br />• P .M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />County Manager - Filing Fees for 2014 Candidates for Cabarrus County <br />Sheriff and County Commissioners <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 163 -107, each candidate shall pay to the Board of <br />Elections with which he files under the provision of G.S. 163 -106, a filing <br />fee for the office he seeks and in the amount specified in the following <br />tabulations: <br />All county offices not compensated by fees - One percent (1%) of the <br />annual salary of the office sought.
