The purpose of this grant is to fund activities that <br />benefit low and moderate - income residents of the City of Kannapolis. The <br />Department is seeking these funds to enhance services at the Kannapolis <br />Congregate Nutrition Site which serves the elderly population of the City <br />of Kannapolis.
