The nominating group <br />and their nominees are as follows: <br />Cabarrus County Tourism Authority - Seat #8: Pritesh Nagarji <br />Cabarrus County Tourism Authority - Seat #2: Tim Hagler <br />The Tourism Authority requests a residency exception for Pritesh Nagarji. <br />Mr. Nagarji is the owner and operator of the Comfort Suites at Exit 49 in <br />Cabarrus County and represents an integral part of the Cabarrus County <br />tourism industry. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to remove Ken Broom and Jessica Fickenscher from the Cabarrus <br />County Tourism Authority roster and thank them for their service. <br />Motion to appoint Pritesh Nagarji to Seat # 8 "Hotelier" to the Cabarrus <br />County Tourism Authority to complete an unexpired term ending June 30, <br />2016; including an exception to the "residency' provision of the <br />Appointment Policy. <br />Motion to appoint Tim Hagler to Seat #2 "Tourism Activist" to the Cabarrus <br />County Tourism Authority to complete an unexpired term ending June 30, <br />2014. <br />H -3 Page 133 <br />
