At the <br />January 21, 2014 meeting, the HCCBG Advisory Committee voted to <br />recommend Ms. Helms to fill one of the vacant "At- Large" positions. The <br />Advisory Committee also recommends Linda Miller be reappointed as the <br />"Centralina Area Agency on Aging Ex- Officio" representative. <br />Gail Linker's term on the HCCBG expired December 31, 2013. She does <br />not wish to serve another term. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to remove Gail Linker from the Home and Community Care Block <br />Grant Advisory Committee roster and thank her for her service. <br />Motion to appoint Anita Helms "At- Large" representative to the Home and <br />Community Care Block Grant Advisory Committee to a three -year term <br />ending December 31, 2016. <br />Motion to reappoint Linda Miller "Centralina Area Agency on Aging Ex- <br />Officio" representative to the Home and Community Care Block Grant <br />Advisory Committee for a three -year term ending December 31, 2016. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />1 Minute <br />H -5 Page 141 <br />
