It is requested to remove her name for the JCPC roster. <br />A letter was received from Anna Yon, Executive Director, Cardinal <br />Innovations Healthcare Solutions, recommending Deirdre Webb to fill this <br />position. <br />At its January 15, 2014 meeting, the JCPC voted to recommend Deirdre <br />Webb to complete the unexpired term vacated by LaShay Avery as the <br />"Area Mental Health Director /Designee" representative. Ms. Webb resides <br />in Mecklenburg County and an exception of the "residency" provision of <br />the Appointment Policy will be needed for her. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to remove LaShay Avery from the JCPC roster and thank her for <br />her service. <br />Motion to appoint Deirdre Webb to the JCPC as the "Area Mental Health <br />Director /Designee" respresentative to complete an unexpired term ending <br />September 30, 2014; including and exception to the "residency" provision <br />of the Appointment Policy. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />1 Minute <br />H -6 Page 146 <br />
