EXTRACTS FROM MINUTES OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina (the "Conn ") <br />held a regular meeting in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Cabarrus County <br />Government Center located at 65 Church Street SE, Concord, North Carolina 28026, at 6:30 <br />P.M. on April 21, 2014. The following Commissioners were: <br />Present: <br />Absent: <br />On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board of Commissioners <br />(the " Board ") fixed 6:30 P.M., on May 19, 2014, in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the <br />Cabarrus County Government Center located at 65 Church Street SE, Concord, North Carolina <br />28026, as the hour, day and place for a public hearing upon the question of whether the Board <br />should approve a proposed plan of finance and the proposed issuance by the Public Finance <br />Authority, a commission organized under and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 66.0301, <br />66.0303 and 66.0304 of the Wisconsin Statutes (the "Authori "), of the Authority's revenue <br />bonds in one or more issuances and /or one or more series.
