Smith on Her Retirement from Cabarrus County <br />Emergency Medical Services <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />After 29 years of service to Cabarrus County and its citizens, Allison Smith <br />will retire on May 1, 2014 from her position as EMS shift supervisor.
