Cabarrus County will need to make a new appointment, or may re- appoint Mr. Ritchie to <br />the Board of Directors with the advice of the other organizing political subdivisions. A copy of <br />this notice is being sent to the Cities of Concord and Kannapolis and the Towns of Harrisburg <br />and Mt.
