Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 8- Conditional Uses <br />e. The facility's lighting shall be shielded to prevent light and glare spill -over on to any <br />adjacent residentially used or zoned properties, if such exist. <br />f. When a building is involved and will be located in a residentially zoned district, it <br />shall have aig appearanee suitable feF a residential distFlet.. a residential appearance <br />or the appearance of other buildings allowed as a matter of right in this district. <br />g. In the event the facility abuts residential property, a Level Two buffer must be <br />implemented. <br />h. All outside storage areas shall be sited to the rear and require a Level Two buffer.,. <br />See Chapter 9, Landscaping and Buffer Requirements. <br />In addition to the items listed above, the following standards shall be requArg,d,, or any <br />proposed solar farm projects; <br />1. A copy of the executed Deco 'Plan for the project shall be submitted as <br />part of the application. This pla t 1 e recorded in the Register of Deeds office. <br />5.
