We would like to recognize the <br />following members and thank them for their service: <br />Stephen Larson (Youth Council Chair) - Cox Mill High School <br />Harrison Allen - Mount Pleasant High School <br />Kettyl Amoakon - Cabarrus County Early College <br />Nicholas McNiffe - Jay M. Robinson High School <br />Brianna Misenheimer - Hickory Ridge High School <br />Leslie Porfeli - Jay M.
