For events proposed in residential zoning districts, the applicant shall notify <br />each adjacent property owner of the proposed event by US mail. Said <br />notification shall include a description of the event, including any expected <br />changes in traffic patterns (if applicable) and contact information for the <br />applicant, or an appropriate designee.
