Michael seconds. Passed unanimously. <br />Michael moves to approve changed minutes. Harrison A. seconds. Passed unanimously. <br />Deliberation over where to hold the retreat. Parks are already booked, multipurpose room can be used <br />as a backup plan. <br />Recruitment and Application committee must decide which applications to present before the Youth <br />Council.
