This land would not be practical for the county to develop and is currently used to <br />provide a walkway to the county owned parking lots behind Union Street. The walkway would remain <br />and not be hindered by the land that we would like to purchase. <br />The owners would like to use this land to provide their tenant a space to have outside seating for their <br />restaurant. I have enclosed a drawing of the land that would be needed. The area is a total of 1,000 s.f. <br />and we would offer to purchase that land for $6,000.00.
