6/30/14 <br />3. Activities and Accomplishments: (Please state whether you met your goals /objectives this <br />year.) <br />We rehabilitated one home. Our goal was 2 units. We sent out applications to 10 households this year. <br />We went through the process of qualification for 7 households who returned their forms. Two <br />households had inspections and estimated costs. One turned down rehabilitation due to the <br />affordability terms. The other household was denied services due to estimated final value issues. Two <br />are in the process of getting inspections. One client is resolving legal issues. The final applicant is a <br />complex project that we have been consulting with HUD on for several months. Staff directs clients to non - profit agencies to get homebuyer education and down <br />payment assistance where applicable.
