Award Identifying Number: <br />NEST Agreement Number: <br />D. The ENTITY must obtain NRCS approval of the Agricultural Land Easement deed, appraisal, <br />title commitment, baseline documentation report, and Agricultural Land Easement Plan prior to <br />requesting advance of the Federal Contribution or closing on an Agricultural Land Easement for which <br />the Federal Contribution will be requested. The Agricultural Land Easement deed using the required deed <br />terms, appraisal, title commitment, baseline documentation report, and Agricultural Land Easement Plan <br />must be provided to NRCS at least 90 days before the intended closing date for the Agricultural Land <br />Easement. <br />E. To obtain payment of ACEP funds, whether after closing or in aAof closing, the <br />ENTITY will submit Form SF -270, Request for Advance/Reimbursement of Funds (Form SF -270 <br />Exhibit 3), and the information specified below to the NRCS State Office. Prior to submitting <br />the SF -270 for an advance of funds, the ENTITY must also request a copy of closing agent requirements <br />from the United States and ensure that the closing agent meets these requirements. The ENTITY may <br />submit the Form SF -270: <br />1. Prior to closing when a payment is to be issued at closing; <br />2. After all the deeds have been recorded and the landowner has been paid; or <br />3. On a quarterly basis for each quarter that Agricultural Land Easements have been recorded <br />and the landowner(s) have been paid. <br />F. At a minimum, for every Agricultural Land Easement whether an advance or reimbursement, <br />the following information shall be included in, or attached to, the SF -270, before NRCS will accept the <br />Agricultural Land Easement and disburse payment, except as noted below: <br />1. Name of the Cooperating Entity; <br />2. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and DUNs for the Cooperating Entity; <br />3. Cooperative Agreement number; <br />4. Agricultural Land Easement Parcel number(s); <br />5. Landowner(s) name(s), address, and telephone number; <br />6. Total amount of dollars paid to the landowner for each Agricultural Land Easement <br />specifying the Federal share and the non- Federal share of the Agricultural Land Easement <br />cost, <br />7. A copy of the NRCS approval letter for any approved waivers of the Eligible Entity Cash <br />Contribution Requirement <br />8. Acres acquired for each Agricultural Land Easement; <br />9. Copy of the approved Agricultural Land Easement deed for each Parcel, if a <br />reimbursement is requested then Copy must be of recorded deed with recording receipt; <br />10. NRCS Form 230, Confirmation of Matching Funds, for each easement; <br />11. For an advance, a copy of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) title commitment <br />reimbursement; <br />12. For a reimbursement, a copy of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) title <br />insurance policy; <br />13.
