Cabarrus County treats the position of <br />Finance Director as an employee who is covered under the Cabarrus <br />County Personnel Ordinance. Susan B. Fearrington began the role of <br />Finance Director on September 19, 2014. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve /appoint Susan B.
