EXHIBIT C <br />SERVICE CHARGES AND TERMINATION FEES <br />Subscriber as a Service Pricing: <br />• Pricing is prepaid annual in advance. <br />• Billing will begin after shipment of equipment from the Motorola factory. <br />• Any miscellaneous items that are not included in the Annual Recurring Charge (ARC) <br />will be labeled accordingly in the equipment list. <br />• The Cabarrus County equipment list includes the following. Batteries <br />will be supplied at the pricing of $105.00/battery for the APX radio and at State <br />Contract price for substitutions. Any unused fee will be credited the next year. <br />Pricing Adjustments: <br />• Pricing adjustments will be made at the time of each technology refresh. <br />• CPI Index: Consumer Price Index for All Urban Customers, U.S. City Average, All <br />Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted (CPI -U): hit2: / /www.bls.gov/cpi /data.htm <br />• Base index month will be the month prior to the month in which the customer <br />requests the technology refresh in writing. <br />• All prices will increase per the following procedure: <br />Motorola Solutions, Inc.
