EXHIBIT G <br />OPINION OF COUNSEL <br />With respect to the Device Management Agreement dated by and between <br />Motorola Solutions, Inc. and ( "Customer "), I am of the opinion that: (i) <br />Customer is a state or a fully constituted political subdivision or agency of the State in which the <br />Equipment is located; (ii) the execution, delivery and performance by the Customer of the <br />Agreement have been duly authorized by all necessary action on the part of the Customer, (III) <br />the Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Customer enforceable in <br />accordance with its terms; and (iv) Customer has sufficient monies available to make all <br />payments required to be paid under the Agreement during the current fiscal year of the <br />Agreement, and such monies have been properly budgeted and appropriated for this purpose in <br />accordance with State law. <br />Attorney for Customer <br />Printed Name <br />Date <br />Motorola Solutions, Inc.
