He represented the <br />Kannapolis area and has moved out of that jurisdiction. <br />Robin Torrence was appointed to the Cabarrus County Planning and <br />Zoning Commission in September 2014 as an Alternate representative. <br />He is unable to serve due to a conflict. <br />An application has been received from Adam Dagenhart.
