ASSIGNMENT <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED the undersigned registered owner thereof hereby sells, assigns and <br />transfers unto <br />the within bond and all rights thereunder and hereby irrevocably constitutes and appoints <br />attorney to register the transfer of said bond on the books kept for registration thereof, with full <br />power of substitution in the premises. <br />Dated: <br />Assignor's Signature <br />Signature Guaranteed: <br />NOTICE: The assignor's signature to this assignment must correspond with the name of the registered <br />owner as it appears upon the face of the within bond in every particular, without alteration or enlargement <br />or any change whatever. <br />[End of Bond Form] <br />Certificated Bonds issuable hereunder shall be in substantially the form of the Bonds <br />registered in the name of the Securities Depository Nominee with such changes as are necessary <br />to reflect the provisions of this resolution that are applicable to Certificated Bonds. <br />Section 7. The various maturities of the Bonds will be subject to redemption prior to <br />their respective maturity as set forth herein or as otherwise designated by the County Manager or <br />Finance Director at the time of sale of the Bonds. All or any of the maturities of the Bonds, as so <br />designated by the County Manager or Finance Director, may be nonredeemable prior to their <br />stated maturity. If any of the Bonds are to be redeemable before their stated maturity, the <br />provisions set forth in the remainder of this Section 7 shall apply; but such provisions shall be <br />inapplicable if none of the Bonds are subject to redemption prior to their stated maturity. <br />The Bonds maturing prior to March 1, 20 will not be subject to redemption prior to <br />maturity.
