Submitting a manufacturer's "generic" or "standard feature" drawings, or photocopies of the
reference drawings provided with this document, is NOT acceptable.
Since these specifications describe an emergency vehicle that may be used under adverse conditions, the
Purchaser seeks to reduce its future liability exposure. Failure to provide this provision is grounds for rejection of the bid.
Demonstrator ambulances meeting this specification will be considered. It shall be the sole judgment of the
Purchaser whether a demonstrator which is proposed would or would not be in the best interest of the bidder.
SCOPE, PURPOSE & CLASSIFICATION
4
Attachment number 1
F -2 Page 52
