Above the door there shall be a cabinet with storage for (3) glove boxes. There shall be openings in the <br />cabinet door for dispensing of the gloves. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />Front Wall Walk - Through <br />There shall be a walk through between the driver's and patient compartment. For the Type I the cab roof must <br />be raised by the installation of a "bubble" fabricated for that purpose in order to provide increased headroom <br />for egress. <br />Does your bid comply? Yes _X_ No <br />Insulation <br />The entire ambulance body, sides, ends, and roof of the patient's compartment shall be insulated to meet or <br />enhance the environmental criteria specified in Federal Specifications KKK -A -1822. The walls shall be insulated <br />with 1.875" block poly Styrofoam. There shall be 3.5" inch, R11 fiberglass batting in the roof and along the <br />exterior roof and corner extrusions. There shall be 3/8" foil backed foam insulation installed around the <br />perimeter of the A/C — Heater evaporator units, walls and ceiling in addition. The 3/8" foil backed material <br />shall be utilized in areas where the harnesses and block foam are in conflict. There shall be no voids in the wall <br />insulation process. There shall be an acoustical matting installed above the wheel well liners, in the floor, and <br />on the exterior compartments on the sides towards the module interior. This material shall also be installed on <br />the back sides of the interior aluminum cabinetry. The sub -floor shall be insulated with spray in foam <br />insulation for acoustical and environmental insulation. The doors shall be insulated with at least 1.875" of <br />plank foam. This insulation shall not interfere with the workings of the door latching hardware. <br />Does your bid comply?
