Lomax <br />Incubator Farm - Budget Amendment <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />In the FY14 budget, the rent, power, and natural gas associated with the <br />Human Services Building and Elma C. Lomax Incubator Farm were not <br />appropriately budgeted.
