Design Standards , <br />• See Section 4 -32, Design and Installation Standards for Individual Manufactured Homes. <br />Section 4 -45 30 MHP Manufactured Home Park Overlay <br />Use permitted as of right within the MHP Overlay District include: <br />• All uses permitted in the Underlying Zoning District (see Table of Permitted <br />Uses, Chapter 3, Section 3 -8 of this Ordinance). <br />• Manufactured Home Par and /or temporary installation of Type I <br />and /or Type II Manufactured Homes) <br />• Manufactured Homes - Type I (permanent installations only when not located <br />within a Manufactured Home Park) <br />• Manufactured Homes - Type II (permanent installations only when not located <br />within a Manu actured Home Park) <br />. <br />• Recreational Vehicles (temporary installations only within a Manufactured <br />Home Park not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days for any one unit), <br />provided that: <br />a) Recreational Vehicles shall not be used or occupied as a permanent <br />Dwelling Unit. <br />b) Recreational Vehicles shall be located on separate spaces and shall be <br />completely screened from view from any access streets by landscaping, <br />berms or natural obstructions. <br />C) Not more than ten percent (10 %) of the total number of spaces within the <br />park may be occupied by a tFavel tFaile_ ecreational vehicle.
