Cabarrus county Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 4- Overlay Districts and Zones <br />14. A level 2 buffer yard shall be installed around the perimeter of the <br />Manufactured Home Park (see Chapter 9 for planting requirements). <br />15. The park owner shall be responsible for the placement of the dwelling unit on <br />the designated space within the park. This responsibility assures the <br />placement of the dwelling unit adheres to the development standards listed <br />below, including setbacks from lot lines and street as stated in this ordinance. <br />A violation of any section of this section and correction thereof shall be the <br />responsibility of the park owner(s). <br />a. Interior lots shall have the building setback for principle structures <br />measured thirty feet from the edge of the pavement <br />b. Corner lots shall have the building setback for principle structures <br />measured thirty feet for the edge of the pavement of each right -of- <br />way. <br />c. Accessory structures shall not be located closer to any right -of -way <br />than the principle structure. <br />d.
