Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 12- Administration and Enforcement <br />quasi - judicial matter shall not be considered "members of the Commission <br />E#" for calculation of the requisite supermajority if there are no qualified <br />alternates available to take the place of such members. <br />3) A 75 percent vote of the members of the board present and not excused from <br />voting shall be considered the final action for atlas amendment applications if <br />no appeal is filed with the BO( (see Chapter 13 for atlas 4hendment <br />procedures). <br />4) A simple majority vote of those present and not excused from voting shall be <br />necessary to conduct routine business of the Commission and to act on all <br />other applications upon which it is required under this Ordinance: <br />a. To approve or deny applications for conditional use permits; <br />b. To make a recommendation on amendments to the Zoning Ordinance <br />(See Chapter 13 for proced4ed <br />c. To reverse any order, re ec or de ination of the <br />Zoning Administrator; d. To approve a change in a nmin se. <br />e.
