Office of the County Manager <br />December 12, 2012 <br />To Whom It May Concern; <br />Cabarrus County fully supports farmland preservation efforts through the <br />Cabarrus Soil and Water Conservation District. In support of the Mike Barrier <br />Permanent Conservation 'Easement (Cabarrus) program, Cabarrus County has <br />budgeted county staff time, travel, attorney fees and contract work in the annual <br />budget, Based on similar past projects, staff is projecting 45 hours of <br />Administrative Secretary time, 45 hours of the Resource Conservation Specialist <br />time and 75 hours of the Senior Resource Conservation Specialist time.
