CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 16, 2013 <br />1 <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />New Business <br />SUBJECT: <br />Planning & Development - 2012 CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehab <br />Grant Closeout - Public Hearing 6:30 P.M. <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Cabarrus County administered the 2010 -2012 CDBG Scattered Site <br />Housing Rehabilitation program. Staff projected five full rehabilitations and <br />five urgent repairs in the application for the grant. Four full rehabilitations <br />were completed and five urgent repairs for a total cost of $255,290.
