coupons, wristbands or band stamps. The Show will provide the County with a reasonable <br />number of free ride passes for use or delegation by County management. Prior to Fair opening <br />day, the County and Show will mutually agree on the prices for ride coupons and pay - one -price <br />ride promotions. A pay- one -price ride promotion is required to be available for purchase every <br />day of the Fair. <br />4. Re- negotiation of Fees /Costs/1?x ep uses At least 180 days prior to the 2015 through <br />2018 "Fair Weeks ", the County and the Show agree to use good faith efforts to re- negotiate the <br />sums to be paid the County by the Show set forth in (1) through (3) above. However, in no <br />event shall the Show pay the County less than the amounts set forth above. <br />G. Compliance With Laws. The Show agrees to comply with all federal, state or local <br />laws, rules, regulations and ordinances applicable to the Show, Show Attractions, Show <br />personnel, agents and representatives and Show operations in general, including without <br />limitation; the American Disabilities Act. The Show agrees to insure that its personnel do not <br />violate any local, state or federal laws, rules, regulations or ordinances. <br />H. Licenses/Permits. The Show shall be solely responsible for obtaining, at its sole expense, <br />all the necessary federal, state or local licenses, certificates or permits required for the operation <br />of all Show Attractions. <br />IV. FAIR HOURS OF OPERATION. <br />Hours of operation for the Show Attractions shall be from 4 :00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays; <br />1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sundays, and 4:00 p.m. until <br />11:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The County reserves the eight, in its <br />sole discretion, to change or modify the hours of operation for any reason including without <br />limitation, due to weather conditions, changes in attendance and safety concerns. <br />V. FAIR SET -UP /TEAR -DOWN; MAINTENANCE AND CLEANUP. <br />A. Set -up /Tear Down. The Show may commence set -up of all Show Attractions six (6) <br />days in advance of the opening day of the Fair. Tear down and removal must be completed no <br />later than seventy -two (72) hours following the closing day. Requests for additional time for set- <br />up or tear down should be submitted to the Fair Manager and the Center's General Manager in <br />writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br />B. Maintenance. All Show Attractions shall be maintained and operated in accordance <br />with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and ordinances of the City of Concord, Cabarrus <br />County, the State of North Carolina and any applicable federal law, rule or regulation, including <br />without limitation, the North Carolina Department Labor and any rules promulgated or adopted <br />thereby. The Show shall cooperate with and make any Show Attractions available for inspection <br />by North Carolina Department of Labor or any other inspector designated by the County. The <br />Show agrees that all of its property and all property belonging to its personnel, including without <br />limitation, house trailers, campers and concession trailers, shall all be fiilly contained and there <br />shall be no drainage of any kind onto the County's property, The Show agrees that its personnel <br />shall park their trailers and vehicles in an area designated by the County and shall at all times <br />maintain the area in an orderly and sanitary fashion. <br />Attachment number 1 <br />F -1 Page 88 <br />
