G.S. 153A -15 <br />requires the consent of the Board of Commissioners before a unit of <br />government from outside the County may acquire property, or an interest <br />in property, within Cabarrus County. The affected area is zoned <br />Agricultural -Open (AO) which does not permit the extension of public water <br />and sewer unless it is necessary for public health purposes. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve acquisition of public right -of -way. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Jonathan B.
