The Health and Community <br />Services sector showed an even greater need with 64% saying they <br />have identified Communication /Interpersonal Skills as being a gap <br />during recruiting efforts. Lack of Customer Service skills ranked as the <br />number one problem for the Retail Sales sector with 56.6% indicating <br />problems finding workers with adequate skills. <br />"The lack of basic communication skills has been a large <br />obstacle.
