Each winner and <br />their art project will be presented and each student will receive a monetary <br />award from the Arena. <br />Elementary - Jessie Tomberlin, Mt. Pleasant Elementary, 3rd grade <br />Middle - Sabrina Bologna, Harold Winkler Middle School, 8th grade <br />High - Liam Neill, Jay M.
