Koster <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Mr. Koster, a Rowan County resident, was appointed to the Council for a <br />Sustainable Local Economy in March. An exception to the residency <br />provision was not requested at that time due to an oversight. Mr. Koster <br />has extensive knowledge that would be beneficial to the Council.
