This funding plan includes the following changes: <br />* Establishes the Human Services Department and Parks Department as <br />new HCCBG Service Providers. <br />* Eliminates the Department of Aging, Transportation Department and <br />Department of Social Services as a HCCBG Service Provider. <br />* Transfers Department of Aging, Transportation Department and <br />Department of Social Services funding to Human Services Department <br />and Parks Department respectively. <br />The funding for the FY'13 HCCBG Funding Plan and these revisions due <br />to reorganization within Cabarrus County Government have been <br />reviewed and approved by the HCCBG Committee and are recommended <br />to the BOC for consideration and approval. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve HCCBG Funding Plan and the reorganization <br />recommended by the HCCBG Committee. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Ben Rose, Human Services Director <br />F -3 Page 58 <br />
