Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 2 -Rules of Construction and Definitions <br />GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, STORAGE ONLY, WITH OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA- bullulr <br />used by government as a storage facility only which may include an area outside of the <br />building that is also used for storage. <br />GOVERNMENTAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM (SEWER) - A single system of wastewater <br />collection, treatment and disposal owned and operated by a water and sewer authority, a <br />county or municipality. <br />GREENHOUS: An enclosed detached accessory structure consisting primarily of lid <br />transmitting materials and used exclusively for growing plants. <br />GREENWAY- A greenway is a corridor of protected open space that is mana- <br />recreation or conservation purposes. <br />GROUP CARE FACILITY- A licensed facility caring for from seven to fifteen unrelated individuals <br />(excluding supervisory personnel). Residents are handicapped, aged or disabled and are <br />undergoing rehabilitation or extended care.
