<br />Chapter 2 -Rules of Construction and Definitions
<br />GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, STORAGE ONLY, WITH OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA- bullulr
<br />used by government as a storage facility only which may include an area outside of the
<br />building that is also used for storage.
<br />GOVERNMENTAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM (SEWER) - A single system of wastewater
<br />collection, treatment and disposal owned and operated by a water and sewer authority, a
<br />county or municipality.
<br />GREENHOUS: An enclosed detached accessory structure consisting primarily of lid
<br />transmitting materials and used exclusively for growing plants.
<br />GREENWAY- A greenway is a corridor of protected open space that is mana-
<br />recreation or conservation purposes.
<br />GROUP CARE FACILITY- A licensed facility caring for from seven to fifteen unrelated individuals
<br />(excluding supervisory personnel). Residents are handicapped, aged or disabled and are
<br />undergoing rehabilitation or extended care. The group care facility includes group homes for
<br />all ages, half -way houses, foster and boarding homes but does not include facilities treating
<br />alcohol or drug addiction nor persons being transitioned from prison life Such facilities are
<br />Permitted in AO, CR, LDR, MDR, HDR OI and LC districts or c ! by the Fair Housing Act
<br />(42 U.S.C. §3602 et seq.)
<br />GUNSMITH- A person who repairs, -,modifies, designs, or builds firearms.
<br />HATCHERY- A facility for the reproduction of types of living species generated from eggs,
<br />typically, non - mammal species.
<br />HEAL I 'H C;LUb, Fi I N S N4 L - An establishment that provides facilities for exercise
<br />activities, such as ru�lpg, jogging, aerobics, weight lifting, court sports and swimming, as
<br />well as locker rooms, sliow' ers, massage rooms, saunas and related accessory uses.
<br />HEAVY EQUIPMENT - Large equipment including, but not limited to: trucks with greater
<br />than a one and one -half ton rating, cranes, crawler -type tractors, earth movers, dump
<br />trucks and other equipment of equal or greater size and weight.
<br />HEIGMtVhe vertical distance from the grade to the highest point of any portion of a
<br />structure.
<br />HIGH SCHOOL - A school which embraces a high school department above the elementary
<br />grades and which offers at least the minimum high school course of study prescribed by the
<br />State Board of Education.
<br />HOME OCCUPATION, GENERP L- A business, profession, occupation, or trade which is
<br />conducted within a residential building for the economic gain or support of a resident of the
<br />dwelling, and which is incidental and secondary to the residential use of the lot, and which
