Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 7- Performance Based Standards <br />Section 7 -1 Introduction <br />The purpose of this Chapter is to describe those uses, which may be auwed approved <br />administratively by Planning & Zoning Department staff, known as "performance based <br />standards" (PBS) uses. The standards <br />that must be met to permit the use are then listed.
