Country Club with Golf Course <br />Agriculture /Open, Countryside Residential, Low Density Residential, Medium Density <br />Residential, High Density Residential /Mixed Use, Office /Institutional, Office /Limited <br />Commercial, General Commercial districts <br />a. Clubhouses shall meet the primary setbacks for the zoning district. <br />b. There shall be a 39 100 foot minimum setback between any accessory buildings, <br />swimming pool, lighted tennis court or any amenity area and adjacent residentially <br />zoned or used property. <br />c. Parking areas shall be located a minimum of 100 feet from any residentially <br />zoned or used property. <br />d. Lighting for amenity areas shall be designed such that it does not spill over onto <br />adjacent properties. <br />e. Outdoor swimming pools shall be protected by a fence, a minimum of four (4) feet in <br />height and equipped with a self - closing and positive self - latching gate provided with <br />hardware for permanent locking. See Appendix G, North Carolina Building Code, <br />Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs for requirements. <br />17.
