Turbines must be located 2 times the height of the tower structure from any <br />property line or structure, including structures on adjacent properties. <br />c. The height of the structure may not exceed 65 feet. <br />d. Energy produced must be used on the same parcel. <br />e. A decommissioning plan shall be provided that describes the anticipated life of the <br />Facility, estimated decommissioning costs and responsible party for decommissioning <br />the Facility. <br />f. Temporary Uses <br />The Temporary Use Permit is a mechanism to allow a use on a short -term basis and certain <br />seasonal or transient uses not otherwise allowed.
