AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY <br />ZONING ORDINANCE <br />TEXT2012 -00001 <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />The following Chapters shall be DELETED entirely: Chapter 2- Definitions, <br />Chapter 3- Establishment of Zoning Districts, Chapter 7- Performance Based <br />Standards and Chapter 8- Conditional Uses. <br />Deleted Chapters shall be REPLACED with revised Chapters: Chapter 2- <br />Definitions, Chapter 3- Establishment of Zoning Districts, Chapter 7- <br />Performance Based Standards and Chapter 8- Conditional Uses. <br />Appendix C, Trail and Trail Head Design shall be ADDED to the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />REVISE the Table of Contents to correspond to text changes. <br />Adopted this day of <br />Board of Commissioners. <br />by the Cabarrus County <br />Elizabeth F.
