1792 <br />Cabarrus County <br />Board of Commissioners <br />Public Hearing Notice <br />July 16, 2012 - 6:30 P.M. <br />Notice is hereby given that the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:30 <br />p.m. (or as soon thereafter as persons may be heard) on Monday, July 16, 2012, in the Board of <br />Commissioners' Meeting Room located on the second floor of the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 <br />Church Street SE, Concord to receive comments on proposed text changes to the Zoning Ordinance. <br />TEXT2012 -00001 includes the following text changes to the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance: Chapters 2, <br />3, 7, and 8 will be removed and replaced with revised Chapters 2, 3, 7, and 8. A new Appendix, Appendix C- <br />Trail and Trail Head Design will also be added to the ordinance. <br />For information, contact Planning in Planning and Development Services at 704 - 920 -2141.
