Mr. Quay has served as the "county <br />ETJ" appointee since 1997 and is to be commended for his many years of <br />service. <br />There are no other qualified applications on file for this position. <br />Fortunately, Mr. Quay is willing to serve another term. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to reappoint Lloyd L.
