I 1742 <br />r , <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />LEASE OF COUNTY PROPERTY <br />The Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County intends to enter into a nonexclusive site lease <br />for communications equipment space on the Mt. Pleasant High School communications tower <br />owned by the County. <br />The County intends to lease space on the tower and access to it to New Cingular Wireless PCS, <br />LLC for a term of five years. In consideration of the lease, New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC <br />will pay to the County a monthly rent of $1,565.73 during the lease term. <br />All persons interested in this lease are invited to attend the meeting of the Board of <br />Commissioners to be held in the Commissioners Chambers, Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center, 65 Church Street, Concord, North Carolina, at 6:30 p.m., on Monday, September 17, <br />2012.
