Attachment E <br />Access to Business Class Cloud Solutions — Hosted Exchange and SharePoint <br />( "Cloud Solutions ") <br />Cloud Solutions: The Cloud Solutions include hosted messaging (Hosted Exchange) and /or <br />collaboration services (SharePoint), as applicable, offered via the Microsoft suite. Customer can <br />elect to receive the Hosted Exchange service or both the Hosted Exchange and SharePoint <br />services. Customer cannot receive the SharePoint service only. <br />Customer's use of the Cloud Solutions is subject to the following additional terms and <br />conditions: <br />Customer must be a current customer of a TWC Data Service to receive the Cloud Solutions. <br />The Hosted Exchange service shall include one or more of the following types of mailboxes, as well <br />as BlackBerry Access, each as designated on a Service Order or as added online by Customer: <br />Premium Mailboxes, Basic Mailboxes and /or Resource Mailboxes. <br />Feature /Functionality <br />Premium Mailboxes <br />Basic Mailboxes <br />Resource Mailboxes <br />Mailbox Storage (25GB) <br />Included <br />Included <br />Included <br />Calendar Free /Busy Service <br />Included <br />Only via OWA* <br />Included <br />Global Address Book Access <br />Included <br />Only via OWA <br />Resource is Listed <br />Anti - Spam /Anti -Virus <br />Included <br />Included <br />Outlook Web Access (OWA) <br />Included <br />Included <br />Access to email via POP /IMAP <br />Included <br />Included <br />Disclaimer Service <br />Included <br />Included <br />Shared Calendar and Contacts <br />Included <br />Outlook Desktop Client <br />Included <br />Mobility via ActiveSync <br />Included <br />*This OWA feature is only available via Internet Explorer versions 6 through 9. <br />Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, Customer agrees to the following <br />minimum commitments with respect to the Hosted Exchange services: <br />-Customer agrees to purchase a minimum of three (3) Premium Mailboxes. <br />-In addition, if Customer elects an Order Term of one year or greater for the Hosted <br />Exchange service, the total number and type of mailboxes purchased by Customer must not <br />fall below the number and type of mailboxes included in Customer's initial Service Order for <br />the Hosted Exchange service. <br />-The minimum commitments in this Attachment E shall apply throughout the Order Term for <br />the Hosted Exchange service, regardless of whether Customer actually uses and /or <br />decommissions such mailboxes. <br />\NORTHVA - 068947/000023 - 529827 v2 <br />Attachment number 1 <br />F -4 Page 85 <br />
