Variable Width Public Water Main Easement (1.098 Acres): <br />Lying and being in No. 2 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, south side of Weddington <br />Road, being a portion of the property conveyed to Cabarrus County (DB. 1453 PG. 136 and DB. <br />8757 PG. 318; aforementioned registry), and being more particularly described as follows: <br />To get to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, begin at a concrete monument located in the rear <br />of Lot A -30 Sheffield Manor Village "A" Map 1 (MB. 27 PG. 80, aforementioned registry) owned <br />by Jeffery and Angela DiTillo (DB. 1882 PG. 57, aforementioned registry). Thence continue N <br />83 0 16'30" E 419.68' to a computed point on the northern property line of Cabarrus County (DB. <br />1453 PG. 136, aforementioned registry) in Weddington Road to the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING: <br />Thence from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING continuing with the northern property line of <br />Cabarrus County a circular curve to the right with an arc length of 60.11', a radius of 2285.00' <br />and a chord of S 89 0 23'57" E 60.11' to a computed point (Cl) on the east side of a new public <br />water easement; thence leaving the north property line of Cabarrus County and following the <br />line of the new public water easement across the lands of Cabarrus county (DB. 1453 PG. 136, <br />aforementioned registry), the following seventeen (17) courses and distances: <br />1.
