The Agreement was drafted by Richard Koch and sent to RCCC <br />for comments in August. They have acknowledged receipt but have not <br />requested any changes. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the Usage Agreement between Cabarrus County and <br />Rowan Cabarrus Community College for the 7th Floor of the Sheriff's <br />Administration Building and to authorize the County Manager to execute <br />the Agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County, subject to review and /or <br />revisions by the County Attorney. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />SUBMITTED BY: <br />Jonathan B.
