SFY 2014 Community Transportation Program (CTP) Grant Application <br />Special Section 5333(b) Warranty <br />equitable employee protective arrangements for application only to the particular Project, <br />which shall be incorporated in this arrangement only as applied to that Project, and any other <br />appropriate action, remedy, or relief. <br />(25) If any employer of the employees covered by this arrangement shall have rearranged or <br />adjusted its forces in anticipation of the Project, with the effect of depriving an employee of <br />benefits to which the employee should be entitled under this arrangement, the provisions of <br />this arrangement shall apply to such employee as of the date when the employee was so <br />affected. <br />C.
