In addition to Commissioner Poole's <br />appointment included in the following chart, it is requested that Jonathan <br />Marshall be reappointed to the TCC for a 1 -year term. <br />* Important deadlines for MPO and 2012 Statement of Economic Interest <br />form required by the North Carolina State Ethics Commission are also <br />attached. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the Commissioner appointments for 2013 as set forth in <br />the Agenda. <br />Motion to reappoint Jonathan Marshall to the TCC for a 1 -year term <br />endung December 31, 2013. <br />EXPECTED LENGTH OF PRESENTATION: <br />F -2 Page 71 <br />
