LOCAL COMMITMENT — MATCHING CERTIFICATION <br />These grant funds are intended to enhance, and not supplant, funds regularly allocated for library <br />collections. Therefore, libraries that are recipients of a Strengthening Public and Academic Library <br />Collections Grant must initial to the right of the statement on the application form. <br />These grant funds will not be used to supplant resources <br />normally allocated to the library's materials budget, or to <br />justify a reduction in the library's materials budget.
