Youth Council <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The following students are recommended for appointment to the Cabarrus Co. Youth <br />Council: Julianna Sirois (at -large [Cannon School]); Ryan Himes (Central Cabarrus); <br />Taylor Furr and Ryan Essick (Hickory Ridge); Sydney San Jose and Alana Dean (J.M. <br />Robinson); Ella Beth Wickliff and Seth Bollenbecker (Mt. Pleasant); Te'Shone <br />Davidson and Daniel Hicks (A.L. Brown); and Drew Smith (Cox Mill). These students <br />were selected after completing an application and interview process. <br />Strategies are in place to address the vacant positions at Central Cabarrus, Concord <br />High, Cox Mill High and Northwest. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to appoint Julianna Sirois (at- large), Taylor Furr (Hickory Ridge), Sydney San <br />Jose (J.M. Robinson), Ella Beth Wickliff (Mt. Pleasant) and Te'Shone Davidson (A.L. <br />Brown) to the Cabarrus Co. Youth Council for 1 -year terms ending February 21, 2012. <br />Motion to appoint Ryan Himes (Central Cabarrus), Ryan Essick (Hickory Ridge), Alana <br />Dean (J.M. Robinson), Seth Bollenbecker (Mt. Pleasant), Daniel Hicks (A.L.
